NOW PROVIDING EVICTION PREVENTION

SERVING THE COMMUNITY SINCE 2007

In 2007 Garden State Home was awarded  a contract with the New Jersey Department of Children and Families to provide supportive housing, case management and life skills to homeless youth. Presently GSH operates two residential programs that continue to empower youth aging-out of the child well-fare system.

EVERYDAY NEEDS

Our youth are in need of new clothing, shoes, toiletries, bedding, towels, and transportation donations to get the youth to and from work, school and social activities.

EDUCATIONAL NEEDS

Our youth are in need of backpacks, school supplies, tutoring, laptops and desk top computers. Financial assistance is needed for college tuition and fees.

MENTORING

Our Case Management staff provide guidance and support for our overburdened youth. We are in need of positive role models to help youth attain their personal goals.
