Garden State Home is a proud provider of the Housing Supports Program (HSP), a Medicaid-funded initiative through NJ FamilyCare that helps eligible individuals and families obtain and maintain safe, stable housing. Services include housing search and placement (pre-tenancy) as well as ongoing tenancy support to ensure long-term housing stability. Our case managers work closely with each member to create individualized housing stabilization plans addressing housing, income, and health-related needs.
